At its core, ballroom dancing requires clear, non-verbal communication and partnership. Each person has their own specific job to do within the partnership and leading and following have equal status. Everyone learns to listen, adapt, and work together, mirroring the dynamics and cohesion of a strong workplace.
Stepping outside comfort zones in a supportive, social setting helps break down barriers and hierarchy, encouraging mutual respect between colleagues.
In our team building workshops you will alternate between leading and following and working together in synchronicity the partnership greater than the sum of its parts.
